Earliest draft I still have for the tattoo design. I always intended the brown line here to be drawn as a vine - I just couldn't make it look like that in this draft that I drew with the Celtic Knot font from www.clanbadge.com/ .
I'm not sure exactly when I did this draft - it's dated May 2005 on my computer so some time earlier than that!

My first visit to a Draft horse pull. The big Belgians pull a dynamometer, a truck calibrated to weights up to 4500 pounds. This took place at the Polo Fields, right here in The Villages.
DRAFT PHOTO:
With all the pieces laying in place, I felt I made the right decision in the lettering of mine and Dawn’s name. I put some color into it and it looks better. I made tiny squares out of glitter cardstock paper. The white that you see behind the letters is actually the background of the sticker, which I wanted to leave, but it still looked good with the letters being stuck onto the cardstock paper. I think it makes the letters in our names stand out.
This is where I thought about the stars, using green glittery cardstock paper. You can see the stars on the final piece, which is the first image of this album.
