We are invited to dinner at a friends house this evening. Last time we brought a nice bottle of Prosecco, Italian sparkling wine and cheese.

This time I thought we should bring something a little classier, Double Bag and potato skins!

Actually I have never had it, but how can you go wrong with something that has cow udders on the label? Plus..., it has 7.2% alcohol content!

This is a Double-crested Cormorant. They don't have hollow bones like most traditional birds do so It takes them longer to take off. I always thought they looked cool flying so close to the water. I was out testing my new Canon ef 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM. I need a better tripod and perhaps a gimbal head as well. I see myself getting a tripod and maybe a small stool to sit on and simply wait for the birds to do something interesting.

What does it mean?

This has to be the worst double rainbow ever. I took it in major pain before my surgery so it is what it is. :D I've also noticed lately that I have an issue with holding the camera level. This is a great example of that.
