Double Doors
Italian (Genoa), abour 1743-44
This set of doors was part of a set of four double doors made for the Golden Gallery in the Palazzo Carrega-Cataldi, now the Chamber of Commerce in Genoa. The doors were purchased and brought to New York in the late 1890s by American architect Stanford White.
Main frame 10 point. My measurements put the rack right at about 150 inches gross of antler only(no spread credit taken into account) This is the double set I found last week. Features 11" G-2's and 5 1/2 bases, one split brow, some cool junk at both bases, and even some dried velvet on one.
After wandering around Wilderness Lakes NACO in Menifee, California, for a couple of weeks and thinking this old dead tree looked like a great place for a bird to perch, finally there was a Double-crested Cormorant on top of it. (10-01-28-3075)

I dumped out the remains of my Cherry Limeade from Sonic to find this mutant, double-cherried stem. Siamese maraschinoes if you will.
I found this neat little cafe in Ashvill, it was house in an old double decker bus.
I would have prefered this shot to the next if this one was not out of focus.
