For my current and second unit for this term at University I have been looking into dreams and how we remember dreams, as well as creating a bridge between dreams and the surreal. This again a double exposure using to different negatives with in the same negative carrier. This is one of my favourites from the 7 hours I did in the dark room on Monday.

Which is (predictably) half of a double helical globe. This one is unusual, in that instead of alternating curved and straight folds abab, this model alternates them abba, so that you get flat strips curving slantwise.
Double-crested cormorants nest in trees such as the one these are perched in. Cormorants catch fish, frogs, and mudpuppies with their hooked bills by diving and swimming beneath water. Unlike ducks, cormorants have no oil glands with which to waterproof their feathers, so they can be seen standing in the sun with their wings spread (like one in this photo) to dry their feathers. These are perched on the Bender WPA in McIntosh County.
