this was shot under a hot afternoon sun. you can see the rays fluctuating the image prior to shooting. it was more obvious on my viewfinder

There were 19 of them in this herd. The TTArtisan 250mm is simply not wide enough. 😂

 

By the way, I found out that you only call a large group (~20) of deer a "herd." Lesser number are still being refer to as "deer." (English is weird, to Internationals.)

I like both the straight look and the side look. Which one is better to you?
