Junto à aldeia do Paúl na Serra da Estrela, corre a Ribeira do Ourondinho. Vinda do topo da Serra é alimentada por pequenas nascentes de água e pelo degelo da neve. No verão existem várias zonas de lazer onde se pode nadar e fazer piqueniques.

Next to the village of Paúl in Serra da Estrela, runs the Ribeira do Ourondinho. Coming from the top of the mountain is fed by small springs of water and by the snow melt. In summer there are several leisure areas where you can swim and picnic.

The waterfalls at Huai Mae Khamin are formidable during the rainy season. However, the gentle flow of the dry season exposes the river's bedrock and trees/roots that could be washed away in high water.

Located on the border between Embu das Artes and Cotia, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima is an impressive neo-Gothic temple under the care of the Heralds of the Gospel. Its construction began in 2004 and it was elevated to the status of a Minor Basilica by the Holy See in 2014. One of its great distinctions is that this masterpiece was sponsored by descendants of the Brazilian Imperial Family, adding a touch of nobility and history to the site. Furthermore, its bells come from the renowned French foundry Fonderie Paccard, the first of their kind to be installed in Brazil. A setting of faith and royalty that provided me with these unforgettable snapshots.
Localizada na divisa entre Embu das Artes e Cotia, a Basílica de Nossa Senhora do Rosário de Fátima é um impressionante templo em estilo neogótico sob os cuidados dos Arautos do Evangelho. Sua construção começou em 2004 e foi elevada à condição de Basílica Menor pela Santa Sé em 2014. Um dos seus grandes diferenciais é que esta obra de arte foi patrocinada por descendentes da Família Imperial Brasileira, adicionando um toque de nobreza e história ao local. Além disso, seus sinos são da renomada fundição francesa Fonderie Paccard, os primeiros a serem instalados no Brasil. Um cenário de fé e realeza que me proporcionou esses cliques inesquecíveis.

Sa construction a débuté en 2004 et elle a été élevée au rang de Basilique mineure par le Saint-Siège en 2014. L'une de ses grandes particularités est que ce chef-d'œuvre a été sponsorisé par des descendants de la Famille Impériale Brésilienne, ajoutant une touche de noblesse et d'histoire au lieu. De plus, ses cloches proviennent de la célèbre fonderie française Fonderie Paccard, les premières à être installées au Brésil. Un décor de foi et de royauté qui m'a offert ces clichés inoubliables.

Uno dei suoi grandi punti di forza è che questo capolavoro è stato patrocinato da discendenti della Famiglia Imperiale Brasiliana, aggiungendo un tocco di nobiltà e storia al luogo. Inoltre, le sue campane provengono dalla rinomata fonderia francese Fonderie Paccard, le prime del genere ad essere installate in Brasile. An der Grenze zwischen Embu das Artes und Cotia gelegen, ist die Basilika Unserer Lieben Frau vom Rosenkranz von Fatima ein beeindruckendes neugotisches Gotteshaus unter der Obhut der Herolde des Evangeliums. Der Bau begann im Jahr 2004 und wurde 2014 vom Heiligen Stuhl zur Kleinen Basilika erhoben. Eine ihrer großen Besonderheiten ist, dass dieses Meisterwerk von Nachkommen der Kaiserlichen Familie Brasiliens gefördert wurde, was dem Ort einen Hauch von Adel und Geschichte verleiht. Darüber hinaus stammen ihre Glocken aus der renommierten französischen Gießerei Fonderie Paccard, den ersten, die in Brasilien installiert wurden. Eine Kulisse aus Glaube und Königtum, die mir diese unvergesslichen Schnappschüsse bescherte.

Bovendien komen de klokken van de gerenommeerde Franse klokkengieterij Fonderie Paccard, de eerste die in Brazilië werden geïnstalleerd. Gare do Oriente or Lisbon Orient Station is one of the main transport hubs in Lisbon, Portugal.
It was designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and built by Necso. It was finished in 1998 for the Expo '98 world's fair in Parque das Nações, where it is located.
It encompasses a Lisbon Metro station, a high-speed, commuter and regional train hub, a local, national and international bus station, a shopping centre and a police station.
