Die Aufnahme ist im belieb**ten Ferienort Friedrichskoog entstanden.
Der Do96 ist in einem sehr guten zustand denn er wurde von 1978 bis 1984 produziert. Bein der Aufnahme also schon mindestens 35 jahre alt.
Angra do Heroismo, Terceira, Azores, Portugal.
Angra, as the locals call it, is on the Azores Island of Terceira, the third island to be discovered. The city, founded in 1478, is the oldest in the Azores. In the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, Angra do Heroismo (Bay of Heroism) was closely linked to the maritime trade, it was an obligatory port of call of the fleets of Africa and the Indies. In 1983 UNESCO classified the city of Angra do Heroismo as a World Heritage Site.
I didn't see the result of the Great Blue Heron's hunt for fish, but by the look of its stance here it can't have been far from pressing the trigger. This photograph was taken on the Oregon coast just north of Tillamook closeby a small settlement called Barview.
At a first glance the Great Blue and Grey Herons are very similar, however the most obvious difference between Grey Herons and Great Blue Herons is their size and shape. Great Blue Herons are taller, heavier, and have longer, s-shaped necks. Another key difference is the rufous thighs and wrists of the great blue heron, which are whitish on grey herons. Traces off this brownish red shade can just about be made out in this example.

The waterfalls at Huai Mae Khamin are formidable during the rainy season. However, the gentle flow of the dry season exposes the river's bedrock and trees/roots that could be washed away in high water.
