The 3370 HDA (Head Disk Assembly) was about 500MB, so there is 1GB here. I have 32GB in my iPhone today...
Also with a flat-bed 8809 reel-to-reel tape drive on the end. Don't recall them going wrong too much. You could use a socket spanner to winch up the flat-bed deck to almost 90 degrees vertical for servicing.

A disk head from a disk drive I maintained as a young tech. The same type head (more or less) was was used in drives with capacities of 25 to 300 megabytes. the 25 to 80 megabyte drives used disk packs with 3 platters. The 200 and 300 megabyte drives used 10 platter packs. The ruler and dime give an indication of the size of the head assembly.
in beijing you aren't aloud to drive on certain days if you have certain numbers on your license plate. it has something to do with keeping pollution down. i've see a bunch of cars with disks like this. i think it must be to keep the cameras from seeing their plate numbers.
