It's 3AM

And I am laying wide-awake

And I can't sleep for the noise inside my head

The world vibrating

With a cruel cacophony

Flooded with the thoughts my mind has bled

The restless furor

Of a thousand racing thoughts

Swarms around me like a vulture circles prey

In the darkness

No one else can hear a sound

But I am deafened by this ceaseless disarray

I could scream myself to sleep

If it would shatter the illusion

But I can't give in to this

It's the noise that makes me human

Waking life

Like a movie on a screen

Running backwards as the film starts to unthread

A wall of violence

Bounding forward through the peace

With no regard for what might lie ahead

An infestation

Of arbitrary thought

Washes over me in paralyzing waves

@The Outer Garden

The Trakai Castle is famous for its Gothic architecture and its special location - it stands on an island on Lake Galve, one of the deepest lakes in Lithuania. You can reach the Castle by crossing the long wooden bridge. In the winter the lake freezes over and becomes a natural skating rink. You can also take in a special view of the Castle from a boat or yacht.

There is a museum inside the Castle. Visit it and explore the exhibitions of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, various archaeological artefacts and findings and as well as a collection of art. In the summer there are medieval festivals as well as various events and concerts in the Castle's courtyard.

The castle was built in the 14th century and served as a residence for the Grand Dukes of Lithuania. However, the structure fell into disarray in the 17th century and was only rebuilt in 1951. In 1962, the Castle became a part of the Trakai History Museum

Trakai is about 27 km away from capital city of Lithuania Vilnius
