Claire smiled during the feeding time. She ordinarily takes feedings quite seriously, but this time she saw Mom with the camera, so graced us with a smile. BTW, she drank almost 100cc this morning which is incredible progress for her!

my 79 year old mother remembers holly dimple from when she was a little girl. holly's outline was stamped on a 24 pound flour sack that could be stitched and stuffed to make a doll. this one appears to have been well-loved!

I'm experimenting with making miniature dimpled "glass" in acrylic. I think the first try (on a scrap) went pretty well.
So off I went to the library for a definition of dimple, and there was something about rivets or something like that...can't remember the definition, but I guess if you look closely, there is a dimple on each of these!

Here's Dimples in one of his common hangouts - on the back of my office chair! You can see where he's clawed the chair; he has left his marks all over the chair, but what the heck.
Boomer is such a smilie type of dog, he even has a bit of a 'dimple' . Just a simple shot this week....throwing the ball for the dogs in the backyard (excuse our dirt yard....standard it seems for Tucson) and him being happy that he got the ball!
