Following last weeks attack on worshiping Muslims, I like to dedicate this peaceful photo to our Muslim brothers and sisters around the world!!

As the Dalai Lama mentioned last year in September " There is no such thing as a Muslim terrorist"!

I truly believe we could all show a bit more tolerance towards minorities.

In the end we are all the same!!!

We stayed in The Rocks over night to have easy access to Vivid Sydney and take a blue hour long exposure.

It was a very cold 5 degree Celsius morning ( for us anyhow ) I had a 5 minutes exposure in mind, but a cruise ship arriving ( and me staying in bed a bit too long ) right at the time I was ready to go changed that plan.

Best I could manage was this 48 sec. just before sunrise.

Hunting season in Alaska takes place during the most beautiful time of the year.

The temperature on the watershed reads forty degrees, and we couldn't be happier. Bare ground is finally appearing here and there around our cabin - the bunnies and squirrels are chasing each other up and down the snowbanks - and the birds are busy flying back and forth between the suet feeders and their nests where their little ones wait with open beaks. The land in the far north is awakening.

Now that we finally found a gasmask to fit her, Tink joins us on our adventures.

Meet Tinkerbell, the urbexing dog. She's a badass.
