This rainbow was captured on the edge of my bathroom sink; I placed it on a black negative space for added contrast effect. The original background (sink) muted the colors of the rainbow.

Instead of a fly, how would you react to a butterfly landing in your blueberries and cream? ...

I was just released from the hospital two days ago, after a tumble that has rendered my left knee useless for a few weeks. The sun's rays burst forth from behind a cloud signaling the end of another beautiful tropical day on Charlotte Harbor in southwestern Florida. The sunset was shot from the mangrove shoreline of the Ponce De Leon Historical Park in Punta Gorda, which is a mecca for tourist and local sunset watchers.
