Things that smell good .. such as my bathroom diffuser .. make me feel good. This one is very subtle. I've grown so accustomed to it that I can only smell it now when I first walk into the room. It is subtle and sweet .. like the way rain smells in the spring.

This week another toy for my camera arrived. A Lambency flash diffuser. The cup with the six coloured caps was one delivery. The silver cap you have to order separately. I made a pic of the blue piggy bank with each colour flash diffuser cap. Enjoy.

I am such a disheveled, soulful wreck. I feel as if my heart and soul and love could burst from me, straight from my ribs through my throat through my mouth as an aimless source of light that cannot be contained.

I feel as if my limbs are an illusion, and that they will unfurl like a canvas of silk and reveal pure lightness beneath, and I will escape and diffuse to bathe in the muchness of the entirety of the world- sometimes in joy, sometimes so apologetic and mournful I could be consumed into the contrasting elements.

That is how I feel today. one of many days.
