i was bored so i made these 2.
when i was deciding on colors and i 1st thought balck and black turned into yin-yang twins.They are awesome. they even have completly diffrent personalities.
Ian is the white one while Matt is the black one.
And now for something COMPLETELY diffrent.....! I THINK she's a She, maybe a Mama. DD will know. She knows EVERYTHING!!! Stay tuned! Or... if you KNOW who/what she is- do tell, please. She's about 2.25 inches long-front to back legs! She had a lovely spot to sun herself on my Gold Edger Hosta!
DD suggested Wolf Spider first but then changed her mind to Fishing Spider. My best guess... Big Furry Beige Spider! Fishing Spider seems to be right but if you KNOW, please let ME know. Thanks!!

A diffrent way to look at nature. No graphic changes, just enhanced colour and contrasts on the natural orchid
This is a diffrent perspective than one usually gets when viewing Wapta Falls from the national park trail. There is a BC Forest Service rec site off a logging road that provides a "straight on" view of the falls, albeit from am bit of a distance. Worth the effort to seek out.

I wanted to build something completely different, but It did not work out. Then I wanted to build something even more different, but it did not work out once again :D
And quite accidentally adding diffrent things I`ve made this. Let`s say that is fictional Wehrmacht base somewhere in ocuppied Poland.

I was amazed by the diffrent kind of lights you can see here in the shot. This place is located in Kuala Lumpur.
Iceland 2014.
Just before the trip my friend came over an old and beaten Canon Ae-1. I had an Canon fd 50mm f/1.4 over and
a very old and outdated film from the 70s (think it was an old form of Kodak Tri-X).
Since I had one foot in the digital world and one in the analog, I didn't gave this much time when on Iceland.
We only took about 5 images with the camera. And it wasn't until three years later in 2017, by a coincidence that we
discovery the roll inside =)
I develop the roll and scanned the negatives, and fell into the archives... Now, three years later again I found it and decided to give it a new life after beeing hidden 6 years on diffrent places =)
Helios - 44M 58mm F1:2,0
The Helios Lenses Made in USSR are 1 to 1 copys from the Carl Zeiss Biotar Lenses, the Production begin 1958 and ends 1994 ... in these time are diffrent versions of these Lense produced... the construction is always the same but the glass got diffrent coatings and the iris got diffrent numbers of blades...these lens is build 1976 and the iris got 8 blades ... optical quality it is fine but not so got like the carl zeiss biotar ... the corners are not so sharp in compasion to the carl zeiss lens... the mecanical quality is fantastic ... complete metal design in heavy quality... ~ 297 gramm per unit ... the bokeh got an legendary uniqe look ...

The Vivitar 35mm F1:2,8 Auto Wide-Angle. These Lens it is build in the late 70s and early 80s for diffrent connections. These one it is for Minolta MC/MD and build in Japan. The Mecanical Quality it is Fantastic ... Heavy Metal Parts like the Minolta MC X Serie. Optical Quality: Into the Center pretty sharp... but a little bit weak into the corners. In the Center really good like the Top Lens build from Minolta or Pentax. A special characteristic of these Lens ... the Iris got 8 Blades... so i will get an Fantastic Bokeh on F2.8 :-D
The background is a S100 bus I/O card. Going with low ISO & sutter speen with no flash as an experiment in diffrent lighting. Although the lights used are a desk lamp & a LED torch.

One seems flattered by my taking her photograph the other not so much. Taken July of last summer in downtown Chicago.
Finally the winners of the Nikon competition were announced today and i really made it to the 8th place (out of 125416!). i won a Nikon Coolpix S3100 and a shirt with the inscription 'ICH BIN ANDERS' (english: 'I AM DIFFRENT') Yipiaijeee :):) So thank you to everyone who voted!!

The construction it is the same like the 44M but the Design it is diffrent. ...these one looks more like the Carl Zeiss Biotar. An Rock solid Lens that create an Fantastic Bokeh!!!
Some weirdness with the ECP-2 film developed in Caffenol CM using rosmary in place of the instant coffee. Not sure what happened here. Used a diffrent brand of rosemary. Otherwise no chang in my process.

I have taken and published a whole series of images from this location but this will propably be the last one. This one is processed a bit diffrently than the other with use of a split toning to bring out a warmer feel

Today i finally want to share the first new shot in a bit more than a week.Its a landscape shot taken in the fields not far outside of the village where i live,on a beautiful evening just two days ago.I have photographed this view in all four diffrent seasons and i can say its always a beautiful view.
