Today i finally want to share the first new shot in a bit more than a week.Its a landscape shot taken in the fields not far outside of the village where i live,on a beautiful evening just two days ago.I have photographed this view in all four diffrent seasons and i can say its always a beautiful view.
Photo taken near Henwick Hall between Brayton and Burn near Selby in North Yorkshire .
The fields around the area are water logged which makes a diffrent look on the landscape than normal for the area .

I like how the stems came out purple,
and also how this image came out more
like a painting.
I was doing one of those '30 day challange' albums on facebook, and the Day said post a picture of your favorite place on earth. This is the road that leads to the lake when I'm at my lakehouse in the summer. I miss these polaroids too... I'm settling with my instax for now. (: I just miss what used to happen to the colors in diffrent kinds of weather.

Ratty old CN 2501 leads eastbound train '406' out of Saint John, New Brunswick on an overcast, foggy late afternoon. 2501 has been leading east on this train the last few days, and I was itching to grab a shot of it, as it's something diffrent from the AC's and M2's that seem to over throw this line. They also did a pit stop to Courtnay Bay to pick up 18 empty Canpotex potash cars.

Daylight aurora that is something ive never seen but this night was so crazy ,i went out really early to make sure i could find a good spot ,but i dint have time to do that cause the show started just as i got out so i just had to park the car where i was at the time and shot ,the sun had not set when i shot this ,it was just on the horizon so this was one has a diffrent look and feel to it then the other that are shot when it got dark .

The Helios Lenses Made in USSR are 1 to 1 copys from the Carl Zeiss Biotar Lenses, the Production begin 1958 and ends 1994 ... in these time are diffrent versions of these Lense produced... the construction is always the same but the glass got diffrent coatings and the iris got diffrent numbers of blades...these lens is build 1977 and the iris got 8 blades ... optical quality it is fine ... comparablewith the Helios 44M.
The construction it is the same like the 44M but the Design it is diffrent. ...these one looks more like the Carl Zeiss Biotar. An Rock solid Lens that create an Fantastic Bokeh!!!

I have for a long time only taken pictures of mostly macrothings. But this year the snow covers everything so I have gone other ways.
With this one I have tried to put more than just the naturel experience into it. This is how I felt for this photo - having tried diffrent textures.

My intention is to show the aspect "old against new". Two diffrent styled bridges near " Deutsches Technikmuseum" Berlin
I always love photographing the snowdrops every year. For the past 3 weeks I have been returning to the same patch to try something slightly diffrent every year. The first sign that life is going to soon awaken again.
