I've kept this image for a while in my "Hidden Album", unsure what this all is supposed to mean. On the first level of reality this is just a Royal Spoonbill landing on a dead tree. On the other hand I perceive birds in a slightly diffrent dimension and that's why I've let this one out of my Hidden Album only now.

Originally I couldn't get these three spools to stay upright for "Pastel" theme"Macro Mondays: Pastel" as I wanted but I did today.

Have I made it better with a diffrent composition and aperture? I don't know.

Thanks to my homie for giving me some markers I haven't used in years. Copic markers are the shit!!!! You could use one color and have diffrent shades by going over your previously marked areas. Also the bleed factor is zero

Haven't really done a good piece in a book with color in.........dam...talkin at least three years. Most of the stuff I've done are just straight pen. Brings back memories for sure though. Word em up. Shout out GN black book team for amping me up.

I still find it hard to believe how angry l still feel about the destruction of this woodland...you feel so remote and unaffected by the felling of the Amazon and other parts of the world when it's seen on TV...but when it's on your own doorstep it's a diffrent matter...l'm still blazing about this.

Image made in HDR with 2 diffrent kind of exposure's in 250s and 80s, And for first time doing this, i quit wasn't sure which would be cool, so played a bit and this one turned out to be a cool combination to post. :)

Twickel Castle, near Delden, is located, for almost seven centuries in the middle of a beautiful estate, reaching out over five parishes. The estate in the East of the Netherlands, near the German border covers more than 4,000 hectares and includes 150 farms with agricultural land and meadows, interspersed with moorland, fens and woods. The oak woods have long been famous, not just because of their beauty, but also because of the quality of the wood they produce. The characteristic farms can be recognised by their black-and-white shutters.

In the autumn I met a couple of swans. They weren’t trusting towards me probably becouse noone fed them recently. So I decided to bring them some bread on the next day. On next four days i sterted bringing them diffrent baked goods. They came to me closer and closer. The male when he was about 1,5 m (5 ft) I „told” him: „You should thank me for getting this food”. So he decided to make my photos more amazing by lifting his wings and started waving them.

l visited this spot on the 7th January this year in thick fog and it being -3 degrees C...it couldn't have been more diffrent if it had tried the other day...l almost had to wear my cossie...which really isn't a pleasant sight for those of a nerves disposition. :-)

In 2003, ‘Purple Majesty’ took the gardening world by storm when it was a 2003 All-America Selections Gold Medal Winner. Since then several other selections of Pennisetum glaucum have been developed as ornamentals. P. glaucum, sometimes called cattail, bulrush, or pearl millet, is one of the world’s oldest cultivated grains, grown as a food or forage crop in Africa and the Indian subcontinent since prehistoric times (but most commonly seen in the US as the small round white seed in birdseed mixes). The plant resembles maize or corn but all of the ornamental types were selected for their attractive foliage and inflorescences rather than for crop yield. The original cultivar,

‘Purple Barron’ is similar to ‘Purple Majesty’ but is more compact (only about 3 feet tall), slightly darker in color, and with shorter and wider leaves. The plants also tend to produce more tillers at the base than ‘Purple Majesty’, but just like that cultivar, juvenile plants are green and the dark color develops as the plants mature. With a shorter stature, it often fits better in containers, small gardens, and with lower plants.

Took this shot 5 o´clock this morning. There is some strange phenomenon in the sky, looks like a rainbow but it is not like a normal rainbow, we saw it from 3 diffrent fjords so it must have been a way up in the sky. Maybe its a glittery clouds? ... but not sure it is ... dont think it looks like the usual glittery clouds I have seen. Do you know what it is ?

Well beside this strange thing in the sky the wheter was amazingly beautiful and the sea was like a mirror. This is taken in a fjord named Álftafjörður in the east coast of Iceland.

Edit: I think littlelori is right, the phenomenon is a sun dog!

Situated on the Isle of Anglesey...it was a Copper Mine even before the time of the Romans.

The diffrent coloured hues of the rocks are simply stunning to behold even though highly toxic...a place lace with Cyanide and Arsenic...so don't drink the waters.
