Do you regconize and appreciate differences? We live in a world of differences but we tend to fall into the trap of disliking something that is different from us/our values/our culture/our believes.

I usually don't like pining up my bangs but I've been watching youtube videos for different kinds of hairstyles, (to do usually without heat. only used heat bc I am getting a new curling iron this week and wanted to see if there was really a difference btwn that and using my straightener), and I love it! Simple simple picturee!

This is a great shot for showing the difference in size of the males and females. This guy was grunting and sticking his tongue out like a pro; basically saying, "This is my lady and we're gonna have ourselves a good time later....if ya know what I mean."

From a sequence of photographs taken on August 23, 2009 at Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.
Pictures from the day before, showing the difference, are also in this stream. The day before was foggy and had some waves, but this was the dramatic day.
Numbers of people lined the shore all along the coast of Maine to watch the seas. I was lucky to be caught in one large wave, which crashed down over my head (you can see a picture of it coming towards me in this stream).

These are two different micaceous bean pots. The left one has a different bottom than the right one and that is because they are hand crafted specifically for certain stove types. The left one is meant to be used on gas stoves, and the right one is meant to be used on electric stoves. The shape of the bottom ensures evenly distributed heat during cooking.
