I love it when generic brands just happen to look like the more expensive original.

This is drawing shows the culture difference of two people. Man is eating squid soup and the woman is shocked by that man eating squid soup. 20x16, pencil, 2009

Dis image is not only an example of Argentina & Brazil also like an Elephant & fly where fly can sit on the elephant but elephant can't.

Yoon, you are the expert :o) May I have your opinion please? I believe that the girl with the pink wig has 'old floral white' skin, while the girl on the left is 'peach puff'. Seeing them in person, they definitely are different. This is a pleasant surprise for me, as I didn't pick it up from their auction photos. Thoughts?

The difference between these three photos is the point upon which the camera is focused. They each have the same depth of field.

Although it looks an awful lot like Howard McMinn, there are certain differences.

What’s the difference between being onstage and wearing a brightly colored outfit to work? Maybe we’re all performers more often than we think. Step outside of yourself and into an original garment designed for ROLU by Various Projects, a design collaboration between Elizabeth Beer and Brian Janusiak, and experience what it feels like to be seen as an art object. The garments will let others know of your “participation as performance.”

Make a Difference Day at John James Park - Tree planting!

Early on in the project I decided that I wanted to do something about prejudice, abuse, and seclusion. I decided that the best way to show that would be by showing 'abuse' through cracked m&ms. This scene depicts the red in the middle attacking the orange being held by three other reds. I really wanted to use a lot of negative space in this photo to get a feeling of largeness, and to make the scene happening feel smaller. One thing that I really wanted to avoid was contrast, I wanted the scene to be rather monochromatic, and to have only the smallest of difference in colour between the abuser and the abused, which is why orange and red were used.

O.k so here we have the circle of friends squares worked with dk yarn and a 3.5 mm hook on the left and with an extra row of sc added and Antique pearls worked with dk yarn and a 5mm hook on the right :)

Save two adjacent images from a webcam to jpgs, take the difference and auto normalize the result.

some renovations can make!!! (See below for same scene, 2 years ago.) This little street is coming back to life again, marking positive changes in the community.

The heart of the difference engine. You have to see it in operation to fully appreciate its beauty.

I took this up at Camp Shamineau in Minnesota while studying. The inspiration of the picture was brought on by a friend nearby that was playing with my camera using the color accent feature. She mentioned she liked my bandana, and I figured I would shoot a few pictures. This one turned out beautifully. The title comes from the visual presence of a variety of textures within the image. The rough and weathered wood, the smooth body of the nalgene, the slick moisture coming down the container, and the eye popping green coming off of the bandana.
