New Cyclops uses the old Cyclops head and torso down to the knees and elbows. The lower arms and legs are taken from Bullseye. Apparently this makes Astonishing Cyclops a good half a head taller than the original!
Always nice contrasts among the different styles of buildings in Madrid. Classic balconies and carvings on one and matching curved window arches on the other. The Gran Via is a visual gem when looking at all the fascinating buildings along it's route.
I might be stating the obvious but there is a distinct difference in dinner. The formal dinner (above) as opposed to the crowded dinnertable with family (below). Not only does the food taste better in the lower pic, the company also taste better I find.

I noticed the color was somewhat different on the one with the "pyroceram" stamp. It's not so much faded, but a different tint; this is the blue I remember from my mother's Corningware.

Concerned citizens will put aside political differences and come together to spell a trans-boundary 350 on the banks of the shrinking Dead Sea. In Israel, Hundreds of environmental activists from towns that reside around the Dead Sea, as well as others from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem will gather. Palestine and Jordan that will join in the effort; aerial photographs will show three gatherings of people around the Dead Sea, so that we will create an image of “350”. Every photo will include a group of hundreds of participants forming a human chain in the shape of the digits 350 (either “3”, “5”, or “0”). These photos will highlight the negative effects of climate change to the proposed World Heritage site, the Dead Sea.
Day 216 of 365 (Sunday - aka New Year's Day) - Today we travelled from my parents' home to my partner's home. Yesterday I was in the fens, at the Wildfowl and Wetlands trust, soaking in the views and enjoying the birds and countryside, and today we arrived in North London to tower blocks and a different way of life. I took some photos of swans yesterday, so was struck by these two in the garden today. I had as much fun photographing these two in different locations and at different angles as I did with the real thing yesterday. I love visiting all my family, and this just summed up that to me, about how people and places can be so different, but enjoyable each in their own right. I'm also so glad my children get to experience the contrasts too.
