This candid image summarizes the cruise experience enjoyed by many who cruise the world's oceans on luxury cruise ships like the one I was on recently. They all offer the "See Food" diet: "All the food I see I eat". Some of the ships also offer the "Light Diet": "Soon as it gets light in the morning I start eating". :-) Kidding aside, it is really hard not to eat excessively on board - the food was just everywhere for the taking and most of it was of much higher quality that the high caloric fare shown in this image. Although I avoided this latter kind of food, I still managed to gain almost a pound a day on board :-(
