Not sure what this lion is doing to the person between his paws, but it was an interesting theme in the main church of Barga. A theme repeated a few times here, and regionally, too. We saw variations in churches in Lucca, and other villages we visited. Predominantly gracing the church exteriors, but even as part of the altar or pulpit (as in this case).

". . .I tell myself that flies are born to be eaten by spiders and man to be devoured by sorrow.. ."

Reminds me of the kzin in Larry Niven's Known Space novels. I have no idea how a kzin came to be napping in my living room, but fortunately he was ok with cat food for supper.

18/8 - Another inspired-by-Nolan's-creations based picture. It's about dreamers stuck in their own unraveled subconscious. However, safe to say this time I've failed to deliver the message I had buried in the picture because people has been saying this shows to much similarities to kpop stuff. And fyi, I'm a not a fan of that thing or whatever you call it. Okay back topic, this probably the most hardest editing I've done throughout my days as a photographer. If you conclude the shooting and the editing part, hm i think it almost took me 7 hours to complete everything but it was worth it, i guess. Maybe who knows one day I might doing movie promotional shots. Hopefully.
