Deviled eggs or eggs mimosa are hard-boiled eggs cut in half and filled with the hard-boiled egg's yolk mixed with different ingredients. Deviled eggs are usually served cold. They are served as a side dish, appetizer or a main course, and are a common holiday or party food.
We explored Devil's Pool on the very edge of Victoria Falls. This is a calm area just a few hundred feet above the rocks at the bottom of the falls. Very few people go over the edge each year.
I'm not normally a fan of deviled eggs (something about the whole mucking about unstuffing, mushing and restuffing doesn't appeal to me) but I must say these ones from Chef Belcham were ok. I'm still not a deviled egg lover but I ate the whole thing without any second thoughts. Must be the smooth creaminess of the filling or the added fresh pick me up from the chives.

I visited Devils Postpile, which is a large collection of basalt volcanic columns.
A place I've wanted to visit since high school. Not that you can see anything, but it was cool to visit.
