I had an opportunity to explore the construction site for the future city centre and captured a few interesting perspectives.
This pressure vessel is a part of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power Plant under construction six miles east of Oswego, New York. The 130-foot vessel will house the reactor, which is being built by General Electric for the Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation. Circa 1966.

There's a $500 fine for walking on the dunes. But bulldozing them away to build a half million dollar house .... that's OK. I know, it's my fault as much as anyone's, since I keep coming back here year after year and renting the houses they build (though I don't rent the ones that are built in the dunes).

Openers Nathan Madden and Adam Stocks gave Triangle a solid start as the wicket dried but the hosts failed to build on those solid foundations, collapsing from 70-1 to 181-7. A late flurry from Chris Metcalf and Tom Kenworthy could not prevent defeat.
