The third installment of the Legacy project, James Rouse is imposed with his own words back onto one of his first development projects in Waverly, Baltimore. Built in 1957, the Waverly development was one of the very first Urban Renewal sites in the United States. Housing stock designated as slum land was cleared for around 300 units and a small shopping center and was originally reserved for white families only.

December 19, 2012 - Albany: Governor Cuomo announced that $738 million has been awarded through Round Two of the Regional Economic Development Council initiative.
A centerpiece of the Governor's strategy to jumpstart the economy and create jobs, the Regional Councils were put in place in 2011 to redesign the state's approach to economic development from a top-down model to a community-based, performance-driven approach. The initiative empowers community, business, and academic leaders, as well as members of the public in each region of the state, to develop strategic plans specifically tailored to their region's unique strengths and resources in order create jobs and support economic growth.
Plan’s response to the 2004 tsunami was focused on rebuilding survivor’s lives and communities. Child Care Centers were set up in order to provide children with a place to recover psychologically. By allowing the children to express themselves in creative ways such as painting and drawing they are given an outlet which acts as healing.
Another section of this new eastern downtown housing development. The old Clock Tower is in the background to put it into physical perspective for those of you familiar with the city. I liked these buildings best among them.
Barton Square is under construction for a new glass-domed roof and a fully redesigned interior under as part of plans to expand and refresh the area. it will see a brand new 1st floor with more stores along additional 350 parking spaces and many more.
The grand opening will take place in spring 2020.

The ladder facilitates retrieval when the ball is hit into trees clinging to an embankment of the former Rishworth branch line. Captured during a 17-run Halifax League defeat by Premier Division rivals Warley in a third-versus-second clash.
Warley, put in on a moist, unpredictable wicket, found runs hard to come by initially, and were only 52-4 at drinks. But century-maker Faheem Khatana and Luke Duckitt, caught off the final delivery, added 128 for the seventh wicket, enabling the visitors to post a competitive total. Openers Nathan Madden and Adam Stocks gave Triangle a solid start as the wicket dried but the hosts failed to build on those solid foundations, collapsing from 70-1 to 181-7. A late flurry from Chris Metcalf and Tom Kenworthy could not prevent defeat.
