The otherworldly landscape around Death Valley's Ubehebe Crater covered in low hanging clouds and fog.
Imperial Sand Dunes is the largest mass of dunes in California (40 x 5 miles) with heights up to 300 feet. It is said to be reiniscent of the Sahara Desert. What a treat to come upon a portion of it on a recent road trip. It was windy with sand sweeping across the road and impacting the visibility. Tried to grab a shot between gusts.
