The Messerschmitt Bf 109, often called Me 109, was a German World War II fighter aircraft designed by Willy Messerschmitt and Robert Lusser during the early to mid-1930s.
It was one of the first truly modern fighters of the era, including such features as all-metal monocoque construction, a closed canopy, a retractable landing gear, and was powered by a liquid-cooled, inverted-V12 aero engine.
The Bf 109 first saw operational service during the Spanish Civil War and was still in service at the dawn of the jet age at the end of World War II, during which time it was the backbone of the Luftwaffe's fighter force.
From the end of 1941 the Bf 109 was supplemented by the Focke-Wulf Fw 190.
Originally conceived as an interceptor, later models were developed to fulfill multiple tasks, serving as bomber escort, fighter-bomber, day-, night-, all-weather fighter, ground-attack aircraft, and as reconnaissance aircraft. It was supplied to and operated by several states during World War II, and served with several countries for many years after the war. The Bf 109 was the most produced fighter aircraft in history, with a total of 33,984 units produced from 1936 up to April 1945.
The Bf 109 was flown by the three top-scoring German fighter aces of World War II, who claimed 928 victories among them while flying with Jagdgeschwader 52, mainly on the Eastern Front, as well as by Hans-Joachim Marseille, the highest scoring German ace in the North African Campaign.
It was also flown by several other aces from Germany's allies, notably Finn Ilmari Juutilainen, the highest scoring non-German ace, and pilots from Italy, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria and Hungary. Through constant development, the Bf 109 remained competitive with the latest Allied fighter aircraft until the end of the war.

What I have in mind when I design and shape a model:
1) Main structure (here in black) with this specific shape for the feet, then the trinagular body and curve beak
2) Then, I link all the part with the movement, showed here with the green arrow
The striking and unique interior of the design district canteen, in North Greenwich, London, serving a fantastic variety of street food downstairs. The opaque, yellow bubbles of the exterior are a stark contrast to the surrounding buildings.
Ok, so designed this a couple of days ago, but didn't get round to posting. Messily edited over a PotC Phillip head, which one (1 or 2), works better. 1st is the standard eye and mouth set, whereas 2nd is stretched upwards. Which do you think works better, as I will probably produce this fig shortly. All drawn by me. (Sorry for image size)
If you're looking for a great way to design a home, this design is a great starting point for inspiration. The colours and tones chosen for the walls start it off with a vibe of calmness and relaxation. The way the different rooms are connected seamlessly are perfect for a home of the present and future.
The lighting in the room consists of a great combination of cove lighting, downlighters, chandeliers, and natural lighting. The patterns in the room add a lot of personality and character to the room. These patterns can be seen in the flooring, rugs, balustrades, and more.
This space implements a fantastic modern design. It has a bay window and French door that tie in very well with the selected finishes, both for the walls and gypsum ceiling. The whole look is amazingly complemented by the timber flooring. The bay windows and French doors stand out architecturally and also help to draw in a lot of natural light. The heavy drapery is boxed to house the curtain tracks. It's a very inviting space.
Prampolini designed the newspaper Futurisimo, edited by Marinetti and Somenzi 1933. Futurism graphics idealized Mussolini in many of their publications.
Designing different sized balls for my next MOC.
From the size 3 x 3 x 3 I have 2 versions with small differences.
I used the colors as a test. The real colors will be visible in my new MOC.
A new design I have been playing with, not sure if I'm done messin with it yet.

My graphic design in 1969. An independent study bulletin for the University of Iowa.
I followed the rural mailman in my volkswagen beetle taking photographs of him delivering mail. He finally stopped and asked what I was doing and I explained that I was taking pictures to use at the university. That cleared things up as Iowans have a deep respect for their universities.
At least I didn't have to develop and print my shots as the university handled that through their photo lab and it was just as well. I had very little spare time because my youngest daughter played in the Iowa City high school marching band. If you've ever lived in the mid-west you would understand. I knew every high school football field from Keokuk to What Cheer. And I never realized how many kids and musical instruments could fit into a volkswagen!
"Iterative design"
If you don’t know, November is Vic Viper month! This particular model originated back in 2008 during the first “Novvember” as my only contribution to the event. Since then, I’ve built nearly 20 other Vic Viper style starfigters, but I’ve held on to this thing, revising it over the years. A little exercise in iterative design.
This is the second time I've made somewhat significant changes to this model which originated years ago. One thing I like best when I see my favorite musicians at live concerts is when they take an old classic song and switch it up in a fresh new way. That's sort of what I've been doing a lot over the past year or two-- since I tend to keep so many MOCs in tact, I've started revamping them with updated parts and a fresh eye on design, sometimes going in a vastly different direction, other times (like this) staying closer to the original.
So yeah, iterative design: you should try it sometime...
Yea so, this happens to be the 20th Vic Viper I’ve made (if you count the previous iterations).

Sorry for a bit of inactivity, been working on my speech because I have officially been confirmed that I will be Valedictorian. I finished my second playthrough of Batman: Arkham City yesterday as well. I also have gotten the Batman: Year One comic book 2 days ago, I'll let you all know what I think once I'm finished. I am also 2 posts away from my 500th photo! Decided I'd do a small post today, anyways let's get to the figs...
