Scuba x Blaster

Name: Depth Charge

Weapons:

Harpoon Gun with three alternate spears

Warship Destroyer class torpedoes

The Slizer homeworld was thrown into chaos due to the second meteorite that crashed 100 years after since the first one landed, races & continents were divided due to earthquakes, floods of water & lava & frozen in many different areas, some were wiped out, those that survived emerged were transformed and fushed with other slizers into more powerful bots.

Blaster was the new ruler of Neo Plasma city after his victory in defeating Millennium from the battle of the century, who now remains as a trophy.

Blasters new empire was hit by a crushing tsunami, flooding it completely, similar to Turbo's being frozen in a blizzard. Blaster was swept away by the powerful currents, rushed into some of debris of the meteor floating in the water, rupturing blasters power core, he could blow in due time, the water contaminated with radiation from the rocks still falling, covering blasters outer and inner armor, his fate would not end here, by divine intervention, blaster knocks into a unconscious slizer scuba and unknown pre rahi of powerful swimmers, Blaster's complex AI attempts to link up with scuba in a risky combination to save himself & maybe scuba. blaster's reckless plan goes horribly wrong with his power failing and putting too much stress on his body sparked a sphere shaped explosion, blaster & scuba were forcefully torn scattered, only to be sucked back in with the prehistoric rahi creatures, the two former slizers were terminated in the process and fushed into a new age of slizer. The Divine intervention observed its craft, the slizers joined as one, Depth Charge comes online

Trying out my 105mm f2.8 macro lens. The detail is unreal

I chose this photo because it is an example of Depth. When I took this photo, I took into consideration that I needed to show the foreground, middle ground, and background in the shot. I also edited it so you can see the darkness of the clouds

My friend's cats love the camera. Not sure if he's happy or not, but he still let me pet him and purring ensued so I think I was ok.

This is an example of using a smaller aperture and longer shutter speed to achieve a larger depth of field at night. I shot this back in October, but it still represents night photography technique.

"...

Blessed are the shallow

Depth they'll never find

Seemed to be some comfort

In rooms I try to hide

Exposed beyond the shadows

You take the cup from me

Your dirt removes my blindness

Your pain becomes my peace

If I was not so weak

If I was not so cold

If I was not so scared of being broken

Growing old

I would be...

...frail "

Green Springs Garden, April 2018

For week 31 of 52 of 2012... I've revisited a subject I've used a couple of times before..

The beach in the town where I live, Bray, has a mile long Victorian promenade. Hugely popular with locals and tourists, you will always find someone walking along it no matter what time of the day, or night, that it is.

At the moment, our summer festival is still in full swing and the beach is host to a funfair with lots of rides and stalls.. I took this shot on Wednesday evening on a walk with the girls and the dogs..

I love the depth of focus of the railings.. but trying to get them without a myriad of people in the shot is not easy! This couple happened to walk in to one of my "People'less" shots.. but I think they add rather than take away from it in the end!
