Delayed Emirates ID renewal: AED20 per day
An Emirates ID is an expat’s primary proof of being a resident of the UAE. However, failing to renew or submit its renewal application within 30 days of its expiry will cost AED20 per day. The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) also announced that the maximum amount must only be AED1,000.
Members and heads of diplomatic and consular missions, people of determination, and international organizations in the country are exempted from this rule and other specific categories. You can apply for exemption through ICP’s smart app UAE ICP or their website www.icp.gov.ae.
If you are looking to renew your Emirates ID through typing, please get in touch with us.

Every trip over mountains my dad has had a moment like this. This time its a plugged fuel filter and he just happens to have another with him. This is somewhere in the Bighorns I think. The kids have shovels, pails and a toy loader.
As part of a shutter speed assignment, I took pictures of a drain. I added food coloring to make the water appear better.
Anna,
We got delayed in Bangor, plane had some problems. When I went to the gift store, there was this moose that said he knew you! Well, I told him that I was not going directly home, but to Kuwait (Iraq). He asked if he could come along and then come back with me when I see you? I said no problem. Attached is a picture of me and him.
I love you Sweety,
Dad
P.S. I will be sure to send you pics of me and Milford.

Complete disaster - I was supposed to arrive at 13:00 and return at 16:40 - due to the delay I ended up arriving at 15:00. Luckily I was able to re-arrange my meeting to start at 17:00 and to get a return flight at 20:30. That said - a delay of two hours on a 70 minute flight is completely unacceptable. Seems like standards have slipped since FlyBe have taken over BA Connect
Unfortunately there have been some problems getting Michael's poster printed on time this month. Apologies to Michael and anyone who may have traveled over to try and see his work. I hope that his work will be up very soon, if not later today then by tomorrow.
In the mean time here is a short article in the Evening Chronicle
