The continuation of the flight to Sydney got held up by an extra hour. I would later learn that this would be due to the red shirt protests in central Bangkok, holding up the pilot and crew on their journey to the airport

His life is very important to me, and in August 2015 the Forest Service provided notice to remove him and all the Salt River Wild Horses. This would be be almost a guaranteed fatal endeavor. Advocates (which I am proudly), were able to rise up by the hundreds of thousands to delay the removal, but they are still not safe.

As it was relatively dark outside, I went into the tunnels of San Francisco's Metro Line.
S.F. MUNI's Metro line experienced a small amount of delays, less than 5 minutes, but gave me enough time to grab these shots of each train. The Outbound line got to the point where if you look closely, you can see 4 LRV sets backed up to the Powell Street Station!

Flights delayed and Cancelled by Spanish Air Traffic Control Strike. This unannounced strike caused flights through Spanish airspace to stop. Air traffic Controllers all phoned in sick causing massive disruption.

The theme of already our 46th week is Delay. I guess Dutch students immediately get my photo ;)
Autumn is coming and well in The Netherland we then often say "er liggen weer eens blaadjes op de rails" (there are leafs on the rails again) as the trains often get delayed by the weather.
Well I had to use some spit as glue because otherwise the wind constantly took my leaf away...
Of course for my own safety I backed out when a train was coming and used the third rarely used track for my picture.
After a few Internet troubles (I'm going to need a backup plan in case it happens again) I managed to get up today's photo. Something significant today? I came back from Vancouver, and snapped this of the little plane that took me back home to Edmonton. Reading Ryan Shippelt's mini-essay this morning about the wonders of today's flight technology of today, I really do appreciate these metal beasts on which I have spent a good thousand hours of my life on, I'm sure. I also spent God knows how long waiting for a plane to take off after I was unsatsified with this shot, but of course after 12 minutes of no plane I decide to board, and ZOOM. Damnit.
Maintenant, en français. Avec un peu de chance mon Internet reste en vie, puisque j'avais difficulté avec le téléchargement - j'ai besoin de plan de sauvegarde. Mais le photo d'aujourd'hui, c'est l'aéroplane que j'ai pris de Vancouver à Edmonton. Âpres lisant de Ryan Shippelt's mini-rédaction de la technologie de vol, je suis vraiment sensible à les bêtes en métal sur lesquelles j'ai passé au moins un mille d'heures. En outre, j'ai passer beaucoup de temps en attendant pour un autre décollage, mais évidemment après 12 minutes, je monter à bord de mon vol, et voilà . Est-ce qu'il y a un mot français pour ZOOM?
