Ya, so, I'm not a very tall person. And while attempting to climb on random things I almost fell. This was taken standing on some sort of a pipe line :p and because its a pipe and the shape of a cylinder you can't really keep balance for too long. I kept sliding off of it ending up in the sangat and then trying to find my way through back to the pipe. All I'm saying is, shots like these are quite challenging for short ppl.

I put together 4 separate shots to get this panoramic showing the view of Hawks Nest, WV. If you're ever in the area, definitely make a stop and take the short walk from the parking lot to the scenic overlook, you won't be disappointed. I could have stayed and chilled for hours, as the views were great, but a rain shower came through not too long after these pictures were taken.

Almost twenty years ago, I pointed at the map and decided Hollister was where I wanted to live. One of the biggest arguments my better half had against it, was that there was no department store nearby! and still there isn't! Back in 1993 the town had only 7 traffic lights, and people only gave their last four digits of their telephone number! (everybody had the same prefix 637-xxxx). Thanks to online shopping and UPS she is very happy in our small town now.

BBQ and Honey Garlic Wings. Smartfood White Cheddar Popcorn and Cheetos Twisters. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream. Hello, Girls' Night Session One.

We were actually supposed to have this get-together later on this month, but we had to move it up because of certain circumstances that we needed to take care of. It feels so good to catch up with my girls and know what they've been up to and what they've been going through lately. It's really hard for us to see each other - all six of us- getting together. Usually one or two are missing due to conflicting schedules. But alas, we've managed to gather as a whole, finally!

This is so overdue that we were talking for a good five hours. Not that I mind, I was just surprised at how much we had to say to each other in order to catch up. It's great that even though we're all busy with our own lives, we were able to make time for each other. I mean, that's how it's supposed to be isn't it? We're definitely looking forward to the next 'session'.

For the record, I can't believe that time has been flying past and over our heads. Tonight's talks revealed numbers that I didn't know were that 'lengthy' already! Shortest at 2 years and longest at 10 years? Wow. I am impressed.

Oh, and I kinda love the fact that the guys in our group decided to have their own boys' night as well to coincide with ours. They ate pho, I'm jealous. Haha.

Friends are my second family. Love them all.

Morgana arrived. I couldn't be more happier with her. Her skin colour is beautiful. She is such a stunning girl, not one photo i have taken so far has grasped how stunning, and she is most definitely smiling.

Definitely not flip flop weather!

... we find 'connections ...' and the rest was lost. No doubt it says Fernhurst & Midhurst. Definitely better than nothing!

Had a good work day. Changed the bed at lunchtime, and Tim did some cleaning too, ahead of our flat viewing tomorrow.

if only geopolitics was as simple as locative media. goes somewhat to suggest that the 2 state infrastructure is there, if not the political conditions

In Seattle. Seems a bit exaggerated.

Dallas was gleaming yesterday...it was almost as if each skyscraper had their windows washed for the grand opening of the new Omni Hotel...this is your view from every room on the north side of the hotel(which is half of them!). Amazing skyline, and an amazing hotel...quit possibly the best hotel in Texas. Definitely Dallas!
