November 23, 2006 - Now that our office has moved to NE 21, the area cannot be used for a filming location as a stand-in mental hospital in horror flicks!

1200 sq. ft. Evergrain deck with many different custom accessories. The balcony has a glass rail and finished underneath so the deck portion is usable during rain. The gazebo is set up 2 steps from the main deck and set with a fan underneath for hot nights. The kitchen area was completely designed & installed by our crew including the tile. Every step has 2 step lights along with every post having solar light caps. We resurfaced the dock and added a large gate from the main deck area to access it.
