This is the upper deck immediately off of the patio door. There is a full railing surrounding this deck area with stairs leading down to another covered deck area with door from the Master Suite.

Briarwood (solid)

Final product. We added a 12'x28' deck with fanned steps from 8' to 12'. These steps lead to the existing deck were all of the roof supports were replaced.

400 square feet of deck is accessible from both the master bedroom AND the dining room.
