Roadside honey and produce stand, Half Moon Bay

The glow from the evening sun reflects on the buildings and trees.

Or, for Sharis: SWEET RIDE

Snuggle levels over nine thousaaaaaaand

Two words for yesterday: Alton Towers. Hanging out with @chantelle.gribbon, yelling & screaming our way through loops & corkscrews, eating whatever we wanted and having a really nice time together. We needed it! Thanks to @viv_nz for treating us to this day, looking after the Finster, and making it possible. Started and ended the day on this crazy ride - and it did get us smiling.

At The Posh Moon, a super lovely store in downtown Half Moon Bay

Just what the description implies: just a shot of some of the buildings in downtown Seattle.

Ever the silly one, Scott attempts to look big and strong.

Note the haze of pollution above the city. We really have to be kinder to mother Earth.

The sun finally found its way back to us today. It was still a little cool but it was just too pretty to stay in the house. Love traveling the back roads and seeing new country. (15/365)

Detail of the figurehead of the clipper ship America. The America was built in Quincy, Massachusetts in 1874 and wrecked on San Juan Island in 1914. The figurehead is carved from a solid white pine log, and now stands in a small park in Rosario Resort on Orcas Island.

After seeing an opening-day screening of 'The Dictator.'

I had many friends tell me that we must go to Rosario Resort when on Orcas Island; so we went there for lunch. Believe me: it's over-rated. We were disappointed in not only the services, but the food was rather disdappointing, too. I'd give it 2 stars.

Taken from the Bridge of Glass in Tacoma, WA.

It is the DEEP-FRIED CHEESECAKE. Ridiculous.

Best viewed large, in the distance one can see Belingham Bay; you kind'a have to squint, but it's there.

Had a few days off last week, we spent the day doing fun things like eating icecream down the bay,,

Date day with the little. Cupcakes + sketching + poetry-making by the river. She chose a mudslide cupcake. I chose an almond raspberry one. #frostmesweet #cupcakes #dateday #motherdaughter

Taken from the top of Mt. Constitution on Orcas Island, one can see for miles and miles. Though it was a hazy day, the view was nontheless spectacular!

Which is a third what they cost over here. Stocked up on blueberries, too.
