Here we have Mirai in her Winter uniform, Solar Marine uniform, Summer uniform and Birthday uniform. Its about time Mirai gets her own website and we will be working on that end of July when I get back from Anime Expo. At that time I'll upload all the PSD files from all the illustrators up until now so that you can play around with her bits n pieces.

...because grown men used to do it 100 years ago - and here is photo evidence!
But even with photo evidence, I still get trolled for liking dolls - it has no effect on me but I am aware that there are some who take the views of others seriously and end up giving up on their passions which could not only be dolls but include anime, figures or cashing after a dream.
Remember that if you start listening to others telling you what you should or should not be doing - it will become a habit and you will end up living the life of others until the day you die.
There was a research where nurses interviewed people on their deathbeds who spoke about their regrets in life. The thing that they regretted most was that they lived the life of others instead of living a life for themselves.
Please dont let the last thing you say before you die "I regret living the life of others instead of living a life for myself."

Figure.fm is an online community made up of comrades from all over the world who share photos of their figures, dolls, Gundams, fanart and loot. We needed to apply for a permit to take film and photos in 109 and even still we only got permission to do so in 3 stores. We didn't get to take photos in the store that this girl worked in but she let me take a few snaps after I asked her.

I've documented the doll production process up until now in the following posts - while they are specific to dolls, you can apply the knowledge to make your own figures and wot not.

For those who cant be bothered to go through those posts, here is a very very rough breakdown (skipping a few processes) of what you need to make your own dolls (or other products).
Use Google Sensei to learn how to use 3D software like I did - if you cant afford the price tag of 3D software then there are free decent solutions like Blender.
In our case, we used ZBrush for the modeling and tweaking using 3D Max.
Prep data for 3D printing.
Print 3D Data.
Make silicon molds from 3D printed data.
Make wax clone from silicone mold.
Electroform the wax clone to make the copper mold for mass production.
Pour soft vinyl into the molds to make the doll parts.
Cut off flash and assemble doll.
Make optical eyes.
Do the makeup.
Play with Mirai.
Goal unlocked - proceed to boss level.
If you want to make your own products then start consulting with Google Sensei - its free. Then once you are armed with knowledge, you can use that to start implementing your ideas.
If you want to produce your products in Japan then I will hook you up with the people that you need to know who can oversee the production for you. If you are confident in your language skills and know enough about the production processes then I'll introduce the factories to you.
If you dont have the cash to cover production then start off with what I did and work in a restaurant to save up. Stop giving yourself excuses and just do it.

Have been hypnotized by photos of Yuki Morikawa posted over at the figure and doll community figure.fm and also at doll.fm - have wanted her ever since! However, for many moons she had not been available anywhere at all.
Then one day I was surrounded by a few Yuki's at Shanghai CGM Night - could not take anymore! Initiated mission Seek and Obtain and about a week later managed to get hold of her.
Yuki is a very pretty girl indeed with a bright face. In many of these photos she wears a T-shirt kindly made for me by doll seamstress ddotark on my last visit to the UK.
In some of these photos she transformed into Peach Pai or Large Bust but I think she looks better in Medium. I'm having major problems deciding whether I like her or Saber the most though.
