And so we popped along to Bradford-on-Avon on the way home to see some pals. Or Avoncliff, to be more exact, where the Cross Guns pub is. 'Cos I believe that's where this picture is taken.

Everyone, meet Mr. Dagger Dodds. One of my best friends' son. He was born about a month ago. He is so stinkin cute!! And I love his wall in the nursery. Jamie and her mom painted it all.

Geez, I am baby hungry and all my friends are popping out little things all over the place. Oh and they are all getting engaged and married. . . Lucky turds.

13th Century - Brass Crafted Dagger

Daggers formed a part of the Noble Knight’s offensive weapons. It was compulsory to have a dagger hanging from the belt in the Medieval period, as this meant life or death. A good 8-9 inch blade was sufficient to kill or maim an opponent. Blade made from spring steel, with solid brass pommel and cross guard.
