Temple Mount is the castle mount in Alūksne town, Alūksne lake south-west coast peninsula. This castle mount is the highest point in Alūksne town. It is an ancient Latgalian castle mount and ancient town place. Temple Mount is the oldest inhabited place in Alūksne district, the top of which is located Hall Temple - granite rotunda. In 1807 Alūksne Baron Fietinghoff ordered to erect a granite rotunda - Fame temple in honor of the Great Northern War events in Alūksne. Rotunda dedicated to Russian field marshal Sheremetyev and Swedish army captain Woolf keepsake.

Cuando ya la daba por perdida, tras al paso del Transfesa a la SEAT, apareció la reluciente Retales de Integria 319.219 de vuelta a su base en Can Tunis. Durante toda esa semana había estado en Vilanova haciendo movimientos de material para la nueva sección de mercancías del Museo. Desafortunadamente me pilló por sorpresa, así que no hubo más remedio que hacer este encuadre.

Quan ja la donava per perduda, després del pas del Transfesa a la SEAT, va aparèixer la Retales d'Integria 319.219 impecable de tornada a la seva base de Can Tunis. Durant tota aquella setmana havia estat a Vilanova fent moviments de material per la nova secció de mercaderies del Museu. Desafortunadament em va enxampar per sorpresa, així que no va haver la possibilitat de triar un altre enquadrament.

The line between Budapest and Lajosmizse is a local and suburban route with a frequent service. In addition to the Class 416 railcars, there are some nice trains hauled by Class 418. In this photo, a local train bound for Budapest is rounding a bend shortly after Dabas station.

"Un antiguo nudo ferroviario venido a menos"
Estación inaugurada en 1865 dentro del Ferrocarril Chinchilla a Cartagena. Hasta la creación de Renfe, perteneció a la antigua Compañía de los Ferrocarriles de Madrid a Zaragoza y Alicante (MZA).
Conocida oficialmente como Alguazas-Molina ya que también daba servicio a la vecina e importante localidad Murciana de Molina de Segura, pasó a ser nudo ferroviario con la inauguración en 1933 de la línea Murcia a Caravaca de la Cruz.
La nueva línea cruzaba la estación de norte a sur en su camino a Caravaca. Compartiendo el edificio de viajeros pero no la zona de mercancías. El ferrocarril a Caravaca construyó sus propias instalaciones de mercancías y su propio muelle cubierto justo enfrente de las instalaciones de MZA. Estas últimas, también fueron ampliadas para el nuevo trasiego.
A partir de entonces, la estación contó con un importante tráfico de viajeros y sobretodo de mercancías.
Pese a que el Ferrocarril Murcia a Caravaca cerró en 1971 desmantelandose en 1972 el tramo Alguazas-Caravaca, la sección de 15 kilómetros que conectaba la estación de Alguazas con la estación de Espinardo continuó operativa de forma exclusiva para el tráfico de trenes de mercancías e industriales hasta principios de la década de 1990. Desde el polígono de Espinardo (barrio de Murcia) llegaban aquí trenes Cementeros, siderúrgicos y de frutas.
Los años pasaron hasta el comienzo del S.XXI en que comenzó la decadencia de la estación. El auge del transporte de mercancías por carretera, la desaparición de los servicios Regionales de viajeros y la supresión del bloqueo telefónico en la línea fueron la puntilla.
La estación quedó cerrada y sólo tenía funciones de apartadero ferroviario.
En 2009 el Ayuntamiento de la población hizo gestiones con Adif para que el viejo edificio de la estación pasase a utilizarse como sede de la Policía Local rehabilitándose el edificio para el nuevo cometido.
La vieja zona de mercancías aledaña a la estación también fue rehabilitada, transformándose los viejos muelles cubiertos en zonas de ocio. Curiosamente en la explanada de carga de camiones ahora se celebra una vez a la semana el mercado municipal.

"An old railway junction past its prime"
Opened in 1865, this station was part of the Chinchilla-to-Cartagena railway line. Until the creation of Renfe (the Spanish national railway company), it belonged to the historic Madrid, Zaragoza, and Alicante Railway Company (MZA).
Officially known as Alguazas-Molina—as it also served the neighboring and prominent Murcian town of Molina de Segura—it became a full railway junction when the Murcia-to-Caravaca de la Cruz line opened in 1933.
The new line crossed the station from north to south on its way to Caravaca. Both lines shared the passenger building but maintained separate freight areas. The Caravaca railway built its own freight facilities and covered loading dock directly opposite the MZA facilities, which were also expanded to handle the new surge in traffic.
From that point on, the station saw significant passenger numbers and, above all, heavy freight traffic.
Although the Murcia-to-Caravaca railway closed in 1971—with the Alguazas-Caravaca section dismantled in 1972—the 15-kilometer stretch connecting the Alguazas station to the Espinardo station remained operational. It was used exclusively for industrial and freight trains until the early 1990s. Cement, steel, and fruit trains regularly arrived here from the Espinardo industrial park (a neighborhood in Murcia).
As time passed into the early 21st century, the station's decline began. The rise of road freight transport, the cancellation of regional passenger services, and the decommissioning of the telephone-based traffic control system—meaning station signaling and dispatch staff were no longer needed—dealt the final blow.
The station was ultimately closed to the public and downgraded to a simple railway siding.
In 2009, the local town council reached an agreement with Adif (the railway infrastructure manager) to repurpose the old station building as the headquarters for the Local Police, renovating the structure for its new role.
The old freight area adjacent to the station was also refurbished, turning the former covered docks into leisure spaces. Interestingly, the old truck-loading plaza now hosts the municipal market once a week.

Az elmúlt hétvége másik vendége a csehek T679.1600-as pályaszámú Szergeje volt, mely a Lužna u Rakovníkai múzeum lakója. A gép szeptember 27-én szinten a mizsei vonalon dolgozott, az alábbi képen Dabas előtt dübörög a 2924-es, Budapest-Nyugati-Lajosmizse vonattal.
Another guest of the past weekend was the Czech locomotive T679.1600, which is a resident of the museum in Lužna u Rakovníka. The machine worked at the head of passenger trains on September 27th, in the picture above it is rumbling in front of Dabas with train number 2924, going from Budapest-Nyugati to Lajosmizse.
Personalmente, pensaba que el 596.009 nunca volveria a andar, ya que se paso varias semanas apartado en Castillejo-Añover, lugar donde le quemaron por dentro y le destrozaron por fuera salvajemente. Hace algo de un año, la 319.332 de Integria subio a Valladolid el 596.012, 596.010, 596.025 y el 596.009 para pasar R. Despues de ir saliendo uno por uno, el 596.009 fue mandado para Galicia, sin ninguna clase de vinilos y ahora por fin se deja ver con los nuevos vinilos de Renfe Trenes Turisticos, este en concreto se utilizara para la zona de Extremadura.

Today the third student charter train of this year (that I know of) hit the road, or should I say rails.
This time almost 600 pupils of the Dabas Táncsics Mihály High School chose the coolest mode of transport to get to Szeged, requiring 8 coaches in total, which resulted in a quite lengthy train, extremely rare these days around here.
In this aerial shot, the train in question is seen passing Klábertelep stop. The strange-looking concrete building slightly reminiscent of the Sydney Opera House used to serve as the warehouse of the salt factory, demolished a long time ago.
Just above that, a white castle-like building is visible: the Kláber Mansion has been up for sale for quite a while now, and with Forint losing value faster than Herman Li picking the guitar, now is probably the best time for a purchase.
