I love her little curls. She's just starting to get these little ringlets in the back of her hair. And it's just the back. The hair around her face is still pretty straight.

Narrowleaf Blue Curls (Trichostema setaceum). I was pleased to see these small flowers in bloom. The narrow leaves (not visible in this photo) distinguish this species from T. dichotomum, which has wider leaves. The hairiness of the stems is another clue. Pigeon Hill, Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, Cobb County, Georgia.
