The Guatemalan Specialty Coffee Association -- or simply, Anacafe -- welcomed me to their offices in Guatemala City for a whole day of tours, interviews and cuppings. Here, Eduardo, Anacafe's master cupper, sets up my two flights of tastees of Guatemalan coffes.
