Here we found our friend Fernando again along with Jose, from Fapecafes, Alejandro from Virmax, and Estuardo from Apecap pictured from left to right.

We cupped through three tables of 10 coffees each and one of 7, and, after each table, we sat down to discuss our thoughts and scores.

This was the cupping following Jaime Duque's presentation on Colombia coffee production. The 6 defects that we cupped ranged from mildly bad to gawd-awful. One was like vomit, literally.
