This was the cupping following Jaime Duque's presentation on Colombia coffee production. The 6 defects that we cupped ranged from mildly bad to gawd-awful. One was like vomit, literally.

Had two special Panamas - the #1 Best of Panama, and the 2007 top lot Esmeralda (freeze packed green for 1 year!).

The terroir cupping and slideshow was really really good. I could have killed them however, because their coffees are never as good in the shop as they were here. Perfectly roasted, painfully good.
