a small but beautiful cup of tea in the wonderful enchanting Treichville market in Abidjan, Ivory coast...this is where I sometimes have the opportunity to work...I am so lucky. Usually I drink a very cold apple juice or share some fresh mangoes with my colleagues. I miss you all in abidjan.

The FA Cup Quarter Final Prize Draw promoted National Heart Month and the Red for Heart campaign live on ITV on Sunday 15th February. The draw was hosted by Jim Rosenthal and made by Frank McLintock and Graeme Souness at Soho Square. All three were sporting our Red for Heart pin badges! Graeme is a supporter of the BHF and the FA have selected the BHF as one of their chosen charities since 2006. You can see a video clip of the coverage online.
Does anybody know the name of this moniker, I'v been seeing it for a couple of years, I just call it cup of coffee or sippin' coffee ?
The finished product. We pre-cooked the cups for almost 10 minutes, filled them, and baked them again for at least another 8-10 minutes.

Concours Mojito Cup Bacardi: Election à Lyon du meilleur créateur de Mojito.
La règle était simple: En duo, préparer dans un temps limité des mojitos originaux et également s'affronter sur la réalisation de Mojitos en un temps limité. Le tout surveillé par un jury de professionnel.
La soirée était animée par Jean-Yves Vottero, Brand Ambassadeur Bacardi et mis en scène par la dream team d'Event Group, qui m'ont contacté pour couvrir la soirée et réaliser un reportage photo.

Rule was simple: in duet, create in a limited time, an original mojito and breast an other team in the creation of 8 mojitos in a limited time. This contest was stake out by a professional team.
The party was animated by Jean-Yves Vottero, Brand Ambassadeur Bacardi and organised by the dream team of Event Group which contacted me to realise a photo shooting of the party.

Note the layering effect achieved by my amateur technique: Foam on top with crema striations, espresso with hot milk on the bottom.
