This wooden egg cup made by my fiance.

It's used a species of maple, beautiful light wood finished with clear lacquer.

The material has lovely cherry blossoms pattern.

The material is called Chirimen, a special crepe a little heavier than normal fabric used in making Kimono.

I planted these flowers last year and for some reason they came back this summer even though they weren't supposed to. I figured I'd take some pictures of them like I did when I first planted them which you can see at the end of my photostream. Anyways, I tried to be creative...and put them in some water LOL
