I finally made the coordinating bracelet for the necklace I made a while ago. And I think I am in love! It is so pretty..I had a hard time listing it. So I think I will make one for me! ;) Cuff style bracelet..You do NOT have to tie the bow every time you put it on, there is a lobster clasp that hooks to the front.

Chinese dragons are legendary creatures in Chinese mythology and folklore. Dragons are typically portrayed as long, scaled, serpentine creatures with four legs. Traditionally they symbolize potent and auspicious powers, particularly control over water, rainfall, hurricane, and floods. The dragon is also a symbol of power, strength, and good luck.

The 2-hole lentils standing on its end resembles the scales of the all-powerful dragon. Laid out in an inter-locking pattern this cuff is elegant and slinky while at the same time strong and sturdy just like the dragon.

Jet black cuff with antiqued silver detais creates and strong visual. Cut out windows allow skin or fabric to show through making this piece very versatile.

I've seen these Ghostbusters at a few different comic-cons. They've got great outfits, and really fancy packs that make sound effects including the 'Ghostbusters' themesong. They seemed like really nice fellas and were a big hit at the Con. The lady-ghostbuster isn't with them, but perhaps she should be. Also, there was a lady-Robin! Big Apple Con, Saturday October 17, 2009. New York City.

A big thanks for everyone at the Con who let me take their picture. If you see yourself in my pictures let me know at: loser [at] istolethe [dot] tv.

This is a little experiment. I like to sew, but usually I am so busy I don't take time out to do fun things, but I am trying extra hard to enjoy some free time.

This is a bird cuff that wraps around your wrist. It's made of houndstooth fabric that I recycled by cutting up a vintage dress. The green velvet was just a sleeve...I found it at a garage sale and someone had already separated it from it's bodice. The trim on the sides is from a pair of bizarre leg warmers I bought in NYC. I never wore them, so I decided to cut them up and use them...I liked the geometric patterns on them.

The bird patch...is a t-shirt transfer on vintage cotton...It was a scan of an collaged ATC card I did a couple of years ago. I embroidered on it using vintage thread from Chris' store and seed beads that I have had forever. The polka dot bead I think is glass...it was a clip back earring.

The buttons...the green big ones are bakelite. The little white ones are mother of pearl, and black ones are glass...all vintage. Even the hooks I used on this were old time from a garage sale.

It measures approx. 8"...and fits my wrist perfectly...It probably wouldn't fit a petite person.

I want to sell it on Etsy...but I am still looking for someone with pretty hands to model it for me!

I love the colors in this cuff, gorgeous deep reds, blues and black

This cuff was inspired by a dear friend's daughter. It's her favorite color. I thought it turned out really bright and fun! It's 7.25" long and 1.25" wide.

My son bought these cuff links for me in New York, they are made from old manual typewriter keys :)

More sculpting work. Shame these will be under the wearer's armpits when they're done...
