Vinyl Cube is a simple but versatile design object that allows artists to paint and or draw on it's smooth vinyl surface to create their own custom Vinyl Cube.
The Vinyl Cube emits light from within in various colours and is powered by a built in rechargeable battery unit. This particular Vinyl Cube was created by Chairman Ting.

A swarm of cubes after the Cube Project.
In a short period when the LEA AIR sims where free for a night and a day, i could test some more Cube swarms.
I didn't keep count but in total i used 7500 prims / 12 = 625 cubes = 5 x 5 x 5 x 5. Here you can see some images, but it would be better to film it, to see the behavior.
I used the swarm script of Apotheus Silverman.

I changed a few parameters and the behavior or state (flex or not flex)of the rootprim to get some control over the swarm.
Still every moment hundreds go off sim and end up in Lost an found folder.
The Cubes are 10m x 10m x 10m and each edge is formed by a 10 x 0.2 x 0.2 m Prim . The Swarm traveled over 2 sims (a sim is 256x256x4096m ) the day later it seemed they used all 20 sims :-) .
‎"The Cube" Said "All the world is in tune, on a spring afternoon", so I pointed out that it was morning, and that was Pigeon's not Geese.
The drive side seatstay was cracked at the "U" in Cube. First and likely last time I'll paint anything other than single colors. I could have fixed 3 frames in the time it took me to paint this:
Black base coat
mask an paint red stripe
mask and paint "CUBE" the gray hab to be mixed to match the rest of the frame
clear the stay
Sand, blend and polish the edges of the clear.
I now have even more respect for my painter.

Today Bonny and I had the pleasure of acting in the next episode of Cube Girl!!! It was a blast to shoot with Kim and Robert as well as the other actors, Beth and Grant. They have a very successful show called Cube News 1, if you have not seen it I recommend checking it out right ofter you see these photographs from today.
It is amazing how each New Media Production crew works. We all work completely differently from each other yet somehow it all seems so familiar. Kim and Robert had a script, shot-list, and a really good schedule for the shoot. That is so cool to see in action and how it worked so well.

A centerpiece in beautiful mixed jewel tones includes roses, mini Gerbera daisies, iris, larkspur, carnations, and fragrant stock. The piece is set in a deep red "cube" vase. Set atop a square mirror and ringed by hot pink rose petals for a wonderful accent.
