The Mode used was Photonic.
The text contained the words HIERONYMUS BOSCH, H.R. GIGER and CRYPTID TAXIDERMY.
I had run a series on Nightcafe, now I wondered how the same prompt would work on DD Text2Dream.

A few days went by since we had won the battle. Cryptid had been shipped to Moscow per my request. Turns out, personally saving a few Admiral's asses could really pay off in the long run. He was stabilized, and the Russian doctors thought they could "fix" him, with rather ominous undertones. Whatever that meant, I would find out when he returned. In the meantime, I heard that the Chief had found a replacement. He was a fellow captain, by the name of "Duke." I hadn't met the fellow, but I had heard "nothing but good things about him." That is to say, he sounded like an ass. Currently, I was on my way to meet him. As I headed to the command tent, Klip and a few others fell in beside me. We were all curious to meet the guy, and see if the rumors were true. They were. We walked up, and the first thing he said was, "Salute! Is this any way to treat a superior?" He sneered as the group around me was forced to comply, and then saw me not saluting. Immediately, an angry look came to his face. "Why aren't you saluting? Yes you, over there!" I then raised my head a few degrees, and he saw the pin on my beret. Immediately, his manner changed. "A fellow officer! Pleasure to meet you!" he stuck out his hand to shake, a gesture which I did not return. However, when the Chief wasn't looking, I flipped him a gesture which brought a look of shock to his face and snickers from my friends. I could already tell that this guy was going to be a whiny bitch at every chance he got. Then the Chief turned back to us and said, "Gear up, your first mission together starts now, and I want you on the road thirty seconds ago!" With that, we dispersed to gather our weapons and packs. We met back up, and headed out. We were going on patrol, to clean up a sector of Urags. I would soon get a chance to see how good Duke really was...
Putting it bluntly, he sucked. He could barely fire worth crap, and almost always missed. It was a miracle that he was still alive, really. But fortunately for him, these Urags also seemed to be incompetent. They were easy pickings, even at close range. So, I decided to have some fun. Choosing a target carefully, I fired... about 3 centimeters to the side of Duke's head. It hit the Urag just fine, however. Duke turned around, wondering WTF I was up to. I then chose my next target, and fired in the small gap between his raised arm and chest. Again I hit my target, and he curled into a fetal position. Let's just say things got a little out of hand when I tried to fire between his chin and neck... Not my fault! He moved! Anyway, after mopping up the Urags, we returned to camp with much bitching from Duke. It was only a small gash on the underside of chin. Anyway, we took him to the infirmary, and he got patched up. Of course, the Chief found out, but it was worth it.

This build was inspired by medieval cryptids known as “wild men” or “woodwose,” which were very hairy humanoids who lived in the forest and shunned human society.
According to legend, hunters would attempt to capture these wild men by luring them with alcohol, getting them drunk, tying them up, and then trying to extract whatever secret knowledge the wild men might posses.
“It once happened in that country (and this seems indeed strange) that a living creature was caught in the forest as to which no one could say definitely whether it was a man or some other animal; for no one could get a word from it or be sure that it understood human speech. It had the human shape, however, in every detail, both as to hands and face and feet; but the entire body was covered with hair as the beasts are”

Lagarfljótsormur is an Icelandic lake cryptid which is purported to live in Lagarfljót in Egilsstaðir. Sightings have been logged since 1345 and continue into the 21st century. An origin of the creature is given in Jón Árnason's collection of Icelandic folktales and legends published in 1862 and 1864.

I wanted to try something different with this project. I wanted to make it disturbing and scary because of its mysterious topic. Cryptozoology revolves in finding creatures around the world that capture our minds and may cause nightmare fuel for some. Examples of famous cryptids can be Bigfoot, Yetti , Loch Ness Monster and El Chupacabras. But then you have the Dover Demon, Jersey Devil, Tatzelwurm, and Mothman that can really make you think twice before going out at night alone. I intended to make it looked like a corrupted file and short to enjoy best instead of making it too long. I'am not a pro in After Effects or in the Graphic Design field but I do try my best with what I know or learn for myself.
...I had sunk into the waves, and briefly blacked out. Shortly after, I awoke, floating on my back. near the shore. I remembered what had happened, and my tears mixed with the salt of the ocean. I cried, cried until I could cry no more. Clenching my teeth, I waded out into the ocean near where I estimated I fell. With that, I dove, lungs burning, to the bottom. There, I found my prize. The cleaver which had once been the General's, was now mine. I rarely took trophies, but this was different. Swimming back to the shore, I dried off, and then used my compass to direct me to the camp. I knew where we were, and was able to estimate the direction from there; this cliff was where Natalie and I were married. My target in mind, I began the slow trek back home...
Several days later, I arrived in silence back to the camp. I was dehydrated and hungry, but I was alive. As I walked in, Cryptid noticed me. He signaled for food and water to be brought, and joined me where I had sat down. Food was brought, and I ate as a crowd gathered. Throughout it all, I remained silent. Once I had finished eating, I remained silent, despite the crowd. Cryptid was wise enough not to say anything. However, his loose-tongued friend, Remi, wasn't. He made a joke, something about a jailbreak. A few of the new guys chuckled, however I found no humor in it. It enraged me. Standing, I approached Remi. His grin remained on his face, as he looked down at me. It didn't remain for long, as I shattered his jaw with my fist. With that, I walked away, to find a new place to sit. Finding a bench, I shrugged off my bandoleer, and laid the cleaver on the bench beside me. I left to fetch my rifle, and sat back down. Assuming a comfortable position, I began to clean the sniper. I heard muttered voices as the crowd disappeared, and some of them carried Remi to the infirmary. I felt no regrets; I was beyond feeling anything.
Made this a few days ago and said let me make this a pic, so I did and made it look like an old cryptid type of photo. Happy Halloween!

Live, Believe & Dream! See You There!
Different #cryptid creature #strangebird #yeti for #mabsdrawlloweenclub #drawlloween2018 #inktober2018 ,
My little Sarah painted the last one.
The aim for this icon design is to appeal to a variety of age groups through the theme of cryptozoology. Mythical monsters can appeal to children and to young adults as proven by the video game industry. The icon designs must focus on the main characters: cryptids and showcase the characters while giving clues to the environments they are thought to reside in. The four designs should form a cohesive group whilst maintaining appropriate differences.
Hi League of Lego Heroes members, I wanted your opinion on this team of characters that I made for this group. Some of them aren't exactly "superheroes", with codenames or real costumes, so if you feel inclined to, please tell me if you think they should qualify. Thanks. :)
What I wanted to do with The Explorers' Collective is make them all connected to existing Lego themes and characters from waves of action-oriented sets. With various backgrounds and skill-sets, they make for a team prepared for just about any crisis.
From right to left:
SUE NAMI; In keeping with the Adventurers/Pharaoh's Quest themes' tendency to name their characters after weather (Harry Cane, Gail Storm, Hale, McCloud, Raines), I created Sue Nami as a side character that once helped Johnny Thunder brave the Bermuda Triangle. She is a treasure hunter, and thus, is extraordinarily handy with firearms. Speaks most languages you can think of, drives anything with an engine. Also a good haggler and manipulator when she finds herself in a tight spot.
NURSE; The daughter of Docs from the Rock Raiders theme, she too is an interplanetary miner. Like another Rock Raider, Chief, she has a turquoise cybernetic arm from a work accident. Her ensemble is equipped with medical and survival provisions, as she specializes in life-saving and risky rescue missions. Helped by the increased strength in her right arm, she is also skilled at parkour.
THE GREY CRUISER; Inspired by the Time Cruisers Board Game (lego.wikia.com/wiki/GA04_Time_Cruisers_Board_Game), a minifigure simply known as The Grey Cruiser was a fifth operative sent to collective artifacts throughout time for Dr. Cyber and evade the sinister Time Twister. He went rogue, however, simply wishing to use these powerful remnants as tools to combat evil across all time periods. He carries a remote that opens portals to the numerous times he has visited, so he may call specific weapons and gear whenever he needs them. He has since become a learned historian, and acts as the team's informant for operations.
FURNACE; Ignatius Inferno, Son of Dr. Inferno, was heir to his father's villainous empire. He was dissatisfied with his father's mission to destroy the Agents, and when Dr. Inferno was finally brought down, the man now codenamed "Furnace" used his inherited wealth and resources to fashion a super suit with flight capabilities, a filter mask and thermonuclear shotgun, and set out to right the wrongs of the Inferno organization by taking down crime anywhere he found it. He is a master of espionage, stealth and interrogation.
WIND KILLER; Once a backup member of the Monster Fighters, Wind Killer was let go when he became afflicted with the spirit of a skinwalker, a cryptid he had long trained to dispatch. Despite finding temporary cures for his illness, he still turns into an unearthly skeletal beast that longs to feast on those unfortunate enough to wander into the tundra where he resides. When not in this bestial form, he is an expert tracker, wields a hatchet and rifle, and is actually quite a reasonable member of the team.
(I am also posting a picture of Wind Killer's monster form, the SCARLET SKINWALKER.)
Every year, photos show up of the Michigan Panther, a large black cat that is never caught. From my balcony, I shot this animal creeping through the grass. It's not a panther; it's a black Lab. I posted it to show how easy it is to fall prey to suggestion. From this picture, it could appear to be either a dog or a panther.
