Join Cathy this month and create beautiful cards using your Cricut. This is a great class every month to help you get more acquainted with your amazing machine as well as make some great projects. The project changes monthly so that you can learn new techniques each month.
As the old saying goes: “We may not have it all together, but together we have it all.” Families matter! They make our houses homes, they make us laugh and cry, and they are simply so very near and dear to our hearts. The new Cricut: Families Idea Book combines your family memories and traditions with the power of your Cricut Machine!
Much of what we do creatively is meant to brighten the days of these loved ones and preserve the happy times in our memories. So as we’ve gone about bringing this book, Families, together, our focus has been on making it simple for you to get the inspiration you want so you can have fun creating – and then get back to the heart of things, your family. We also want to celebrate the fun and unique things you do as a family, so we've included vacation and family tradition sections. You’ll find projects to create for everyone in your family, from toddlers to teens. Cards for baby showers, mini albums, and gorgeous "family tree" frame made with the new This & That cartridge are just a few of the things we know you’ll love. 132-pages of pure inspiration you and your family will love! northridgepublishing.com/store/issues/cricut-idea-books

25 servings of chocolate cake for a very elegant lady's Birthday party.
Her sister ordered a surprise cake for her and asked for something elegant and sophisticated. She also asked to include some birthday wishes and birthday girl's astrological sign - Leo.
To create this Leo medallion I used this cabinet door knob to create a mold first, but wanted the lion's expression to be softer so I played with it a bit.
To balance this quite masculine part of the cake, I thought I'd add another feminime element: brush embroidery. I thought it would also compliment the big peony and branches of willow Nicely. The willow branches are made of floral wire.
The letters are cut on Cricut and brushed with gold.
This is the side of my English country cottage that is currently undergoing renovations.
Side of box is covered in cut strips of stag blank, then painted. Trellis is cut from the Cricut machine using "Ornamental Iron" cartridge. Plant bed is dry oasis cut and painted.
I made this little container by using my Cricut die cutter, I used the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cartridge. Then I embellished it.

I also share a link to those gorgeous paper cupcake wrappers for those of you who has a Cricut machine!
Este é o meu favorito. Tem muitos moldes de vestidinhos lindos, que basta usar com criatividade e transformar em belas peças.
Sharing a card I made for the coworker who won my Card-of-the-Month for our charity auction. Her brother farms and she requested a tractor card! This is what I came up with.
Cut the tractor on the Cricut (used a friend's cartridge - can't remember which one at the moment). Embellished it with buttons and the Happy Birthday which I curved before stamping. Stamped the grass in two colors on paper printed with a soft sky background. TFL!
