This was such a fun project (again!!) haha ^^
I got to do the face-up and bodyblush of Charles' Creatures Cabinet Fidelia Firefly, and she is so cute. I totally love her. Very tiny, very slender, and it was fun posing her. (ahum it's a lot of pictures I took and uploaden of her *^_^*)

The Formosan Blue Magpie (Urocissa caerulea), also called the Taiwan Blue Magpie 台灣藍鵲. It is an endemic species living in the mountains of Taiwan. It is familiarly known in Taiwan as the "long-tailed mountain lady"-長尾山娘.

In the exchange theme of Sea Creatures Real or Mythic, I chose real creatures and real words. This book was made for fun with aquatic collective nouns using real words from reliable sources: merriam-webster.com, U.S. Department of the Interior (otters), Smithsonian Institution and National Museum of Natural History ocean.si.edu (jellyfish), International Penguin Conference, and other sources as cited. Kangxi stab binding from Japanese Book Binding by Kōjirō Ikegami, with grosgrain ribbon; linen thread to hold glass beads and metal fish charm. Covers and pages: Neenah Stardust 24 and 65, inkjet printer and a variety of fonts. Cover fish art made with stamp by local artist Meer Images, dark blue ink, and colored pencils. Titled “Trivial Words: Aquatic Collective Nouns” because collective nouns are heard in games of trivia.
