Just poking around for creatures... I was really hoping to spy a Tiger Salamander, buuut no such luck. This is in Pertle Springs
KABOOM. Haha here's a splash of vivid colours for you. Having a tough time deciding whether I actually like soft vintage tones or bright pow wow tones. I think I like both, yes I do yes I do. Just like HDR, AND non-HDR, love them too! Decided that this would go well with fiery tones, because I thought this grasshopper's more of a predator than a prey.
Scaredy cat me. With the pathetic zoom of my standard kit lens, I had to go pretty near to get shots of it. Blah. Made sure to shut my mouth & not gasp or whatsoever because I didn't want it to hop right in. LOL.
And so when I went too near, it hopped/flew away. & I shrieked. Pffft. The closest I could get, sigh.
You are awhsome but I still don't like you, you insect.
Hmmmmmm I just noticed that his (haha I think he's a boy) legs are not in the nicest position. Damm. Sorry I forgot to ask him to pose.
