Day 223. A light bulb moment.
Sad news this evening. It seemed fitting to dedicate this photo to my Grandmother who passed away.

I dedicate this image to my teacher Ms. U. Dutt who passed away today (06/06/15) ... She taught me in grade 9 and 10 and always encouraged us to do things differently... RIP Mam ..

This is my newest little critter. Isn't it cute? Someone said to me that it looks like an Ewok. I bought this kit from Emma's Bears here in Australia and while I am happy with the result, I haven't mastered the face sculpting sadly. It should have perfectly formed chubby cheeks. I need a lot more practice.

We are in complete lockdown until at least the end of August. We have to wear masks at all times and can't venture more than 5 klms from home. I haven't seen the family for over 5 weeks now and who knows when.
La creatività è la capacità di produrre idee originali e significative, trovando connessioni nuove tra elementi esistenti. È un processo che unisce intuizione, immaginazione e pensiero libero.
Come disse Steve Jobs: La creatività è semplicemente collegare le cose.

"Top 7 Creative Rules of Thumb:
1) The best way to get great ideas is to get lots of ideas and throw the bad ones away.
2) Create ideas that are 15 minutes ahead of their time...not light years ahead.
3) If at first you don't succeed, take a break.
4) If everyone says you are wrong, you're one step ahead. If everyone laughs at you, you're two steps ahead.
5) The answer to your problem "pre-exists." You need to ask the right question to reveal the answer
6) When you ask a dumb question, you get a smart answer.
7) Never solve a problem from its original perspective."
~ Charles Chic Thompson
Ps :- Write down your ideas before you forget them =Pp
I feel stifled and somehow "afraid" to be completely honest and upfront about how I view my vision..This was not the vision I had when I started this photo...and I get frustrated by the fact that I cannot always "shoot" what I mean.....maybe though.....something better comes......
I hope you will all stay tuned in,.... because I am hoping to create a spin off off this one, and call it ........"inebriated creativity" ..... lol.. It should be loads more fun.
Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep. ~Scott Adams
This was taken on September 3rd. I know, I know. This is SO similar to this but when everything was in color, the yarn didn’t stand out enough. And vice versa when it was in black and white. And I like this so, SHH.
If this is too bright or “white”, tilt your screen back a bit (you’ve gone too far when you see the black glarey thing) because it looks way better when you have darker and blacker shades and when the paper looks less opaque. My screen is perfectly aligned and you know when yours is (kinda) when you can see the dark shades under my eyes.
I want this to be short and sweet but this is for a contest! And that scrunchie I was wearing in the picture got completely and utterly stretched out. I mean like, “I can wear this as a headband to work out or wash my face” stretched out. Like no more elastic. And I don’t mean a little hair tie. I mean retro huge scrunchies. Man, I have a lot of hair.
And thank you so much to Mell P for the testimonial<3
Press 'L'... Possibly?
I feel upset.
And no, not because of the scrunchie…

Before heading out on my most recent trip, I asked ChatGPT for Death Valley-specific photography challenge list of ten items to inspire creativity and technical mastery during your trip.
This is number 1: Dramatic Dunes Textures – Capture the ripples and shifting patterns in the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes using low-angle light.
"Creativity with my failures are endless," perfectly captures how mistakes aren't roadblocks but fuel for innovation, providing infinite opportunities to learn, experiment, and discover unique solutions, making failure an essential, boundless resource for true creative growth, as seen in history's greatest innovators who embraced missteps. The watercolor painting was not good on paper ,,, put gesso over the work ....and used creativity , restore the eyes and textured background. Thanks for the visit have a nice day

Our sunday image is the last from our France Gallery, so far! Much more is to come. At this moment we’re working on our Atelier (see last posts) to become more pertinent to the offline world!
Since the last 1,5 months we are concentrating on getting our message of creativity & artwork plus photography in the heads of our local press, magazines and much more. So we’ve started an Indiegogo campaign to fund the renovation of our Atelier and getting started in the „real“ world. Since today we received 545$ total. Our goal was 11498$ but by now we know that this isn’t gonna happen.
Because of that, we will work harder and longer to reach this goal! Some of you have understand that it is important in our fast and global world today to help other people and projects out. One for all and all for one!!
We will continue to drive our dream to the finish line! Next Indiegogo campaign is already planned. We wish you a sunny & relaxing sunday.

One of the main characteristics of the Tule tree is that in it the inhabitants of the town have found different types of figures such as: the head of the deer, the head of the lion, an elephant, crocodile, among many other figures. The age of this majestic tree is unknown but according to studies it is estimated that it is more than two thousand years old.
Boys and girls from the town of Santa María el Tule, will be able to give us a guide to the "figures" (whimsical forms of the tree itself that the locals have baptized with the names of animals, people, poses of the human form, etc.) that we can visualize in the majestic tree.
