These were pretty good. There is no added sugar but all the dried fruit makes them sweet and I used super tangy apricots for an added kick. They're best warm, but I packed them in a container and refrigerated them to eat for breakfast and snacks during the week.

Edward Penfield (1866-1925) was an influential American poster artist, considered as the father of the American poster movement. He was employed as an art editor for Harper’s Weekly, Monthly, and Harper’s Bazaar, where he made posters advertising each issue of the magazine for over seven years. His art was avant-garde with less concern for the dramatic curving lines of Art Nouveau, inspired by Japanese ukiyo-e block prints, figure drawings by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, color lithographies by Jules Chéret, and other contemporary artists. He created simplified scenes of daily life in saturated colors, including horses, cats, sports, and women’s fashion. We have digitally enhanced some of his artworks. Galgebakken er en liten gate på Nordnes i bydel Bergenhus i Bergen. Den går fra Strangehagen til Haugeveien, og har tre husnumre. Navnet kommer av at det fra 1500-tallet av var rettersted her, med galge (til 1830-åra) gapestokk og kak.

The monastery stairwell has a cross with a skull (Gûlgaltâ in Aramaic) on its base. The religious meaning of the skull and the crossed bones has faded as time has passed.

I liked this photo, but technically it was rather poor. So for the first time, I used a Photoshop filter - Diffuse. That's why they are so bleached out, which made it a far more interesting image.

LOS ALAMITOS - A public memorial service and celebration of life was held for Los Angeles Fire Department Firefighter Kenneth Brink at Cottonwood Church in Los Alamitos, California on November 18, 2022. Brink, a beloved 15 year veteran of the Department assigned to Fire Station 88 in Sherman Oaks, died unexpectedly while off-duty and at home on November 9, 2022.
